Deposits & Cancellations

  

 

Deposits:

 I only accept a small number of pre booked sessions per week, in order to maintain a high level of privacy & discretion. 

Quality over quantity as I say! So in order to protect my income, I’ve increased my deposits as of Jan 2023. My session tributes are remaining unchanged for the moment.

 

New clients – €150 per Session

 

If you’ve Sessioned with me before: €150 per Session

 

1hr Session – €250: deposit is €150 & balance on the day is €100. 

 

90min Session – €300: deposit is €150 & balance on the day is €150.

 

2hr Session – €350: deposit is €150 & balance on the day is €200.

 

How to pay your Deposit

 

I have a new deposit method especially for my returning clients.  It is very easy, discreet for both you & myself & you use cash. For privacy reasons I’m not listing it in detail here. This will be my preferred method of receiving deposits from now on. I will explain in more detail when you are ready to book your next session. if you are booking last minute eg the day before or 2 days before use Amazon as its faster!

 

NEW clients – 

Gift Cards  purchased online, they cannot be purchased with cash. Please allow extra time for your Gift Card to process and to be received by Me from Dunnes/Amazon. There can sometimes be delays in both of these methods, which are beyond my control.

 You will always receive an email from either Dunnes or Amazon to say your Gift Card has been delivered / redeemed.

When you receive that email, then I will 100% have received your gift card.

 You may receive a confirmation of purchase email – but that is not the same as “your gift card has been delivered / redeemed”  – it just still processing at that point & I have not yet received your gift card.

Deposit Method: Amazon UK £ Email Gift Card to gift4lucy@gmail.com

I usually receive this Gift Card within 10mins of purchase. Amazon email the Gift Card directly to me. My email or My name will NOT appear on your bank statement, so its very private & discreet for you. Your name or info is NOT not shown to me either. 

 Send £133 voucher – Exchange rates vary on a daily basis, but €150 is generally around this. Phone Consultation (€50) for new clients £45 is perfect.

In the unlikely event you have a major issue using Amazon, then I will accept Dunnes Gift Card.

Very important to select the Euro € option (I cannot use the £ gift card)

I usually receive this Gift Card within 15min – 30mins of purchase. Dunnes will email me the Gift Card directly. You will receive an email from Dunnes to inform you when I have received the Gift Card. No personal info is shown to you or to Me, very discreet & private. My name or My email will NOT appear on your bank statement I have tested this method Myself to double check for privacy & personal info etc…

Cancellations:

If you cancel a session it severely affects me as I will have reserved a lot of time for you. Not just the session time but extra time  easily an 1 hour before & 1 hour or more after your appointment for set up & extensive cleaning. For example a 2hr session becomes 4 hours plus of my day booked out just for you. Give Me as much notice as possible, there maybe someone else who can take that session time instead! Please don’t wait until the last min to cancel, just send a quick text!

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your session I will retain the deposit. Deposits are non – refundable. Deposits are not transferable to another booking. 

If you need to cancel your session, please let me know as soon as possible. We will not fall out over a cancellation. No need for a creative explanation, just simply text me that you need to cancel. I retain the deposit & no drama! You are welcome to re book a new date with a new deposit.

If you do not cancel your session by text & just don’t turn up for your booking – NO SHOW – I will not accept any future bookings from you. 

 MY CANCELLATION POLICY IS VERY STRICT & is the same for regular and new clients.
